..Q.. How can I make a booking with Sydney Wide Minibus hire?
.. A..Firstly send an email to us via the email address on any page on this website with all the details inclued the pick or pick addresses and stops along the way and the final destination also mention if you require a return journey.
.. A.. Second open your email inbox and find a reply from Syndney Wide for the completed quotation. Plase also check your SPAM or JUNK just in case?
.. A..Third Please confirm by RETURN email that you wish to proceed or contact us by phone confirming acceptance of quotation. Note - No Vehicles will be put 'on hold' unless a deposit is paid against the booking.
.. A..Forth An email request by email will be made asking to read and check the journey information and pay a 20% deposit for your booking as per the quote. Once the email and deposit have been received the booking is confirmed.
..Q.. What are your payment options?
..A.. We accept Master Card and Visa - Bank cheque to Sydney Wide Minibus Hire - Money Order via Australia Post - Cash Payment Deposit and Banking details are issued with the quotation.
..Q.. After a booking is made are there any additional costs?
..A.. No, not unless there was a variation made to the original booking confirmation. Note drivers do not carry cash so requesting them to pay for items on the journey are rejected.
..Q.. What happens if our scheduled journey is delayed or the bus is held up?
..A.. Waiting time due to delays or late finishes will be charged for every 1/4 hour at a rate advised in your booking confirmation.
..Q.. Toll Roads are your buses fitted with tToll E-Tags??
..A..Yes all of our buses are fitted with Toll tags. All toll charges appear on our account straight away.
..Q.. What if any, are there any cancellation fees?
..A.. 20% of the total booking amount, (usually covered by the deposit paid) if a cancellation is made for any reason. Other cancellation fees (50 to 100% )can apply when a booking is cancelled with less than 96 hours notice of your first pick up but not less than 48 hours.
..Q.. Are customers (passengers) allowed to bring alcohol and is there smoking on your buses?
..A.. unfortunately No alcoholic beverages are allowed and smoking is not permitted on our charter buses at any time.
..Q.. Can food be taken onto the vehicles and maybe non-alcoholic drinks be allowed to be consumed/
..A.. Yes. Soft drinks,juices, coffee, tea contained in closable containers are allowed provided they are not contained in glass. Any food that will not create a mess or create crumbs are permitted, such as sandwiches, fruit, types of muesli bars.
..Q.. Is a bond required on all or certain bookings?
..A.. Yes. When bookings are made for certian events such as Bucks and Hens Nights or parties, wine tours and wedding parties, a bond is charged at $400.00 this fee is applied in the event that any cleaning fees, running over time, or any other costs caused by damage to the vehicles.
..Q.. Is standing allowed on Sydney Wide Mini Buses?
..A.. NOTE - Standing on the floor of the minibus when and while it is in motion is not allowed at any time. This is for your safety, all passengers are restricted to be seated and wearing seat belts.
..Q.. Once a quote is in place how long will it remain valid?
..A.. The booking confirmation is firm after the deposit is paid. The qoutation is only guaranteed for the day the enquiry was made only.
..Q.. What if my flight/cruise/train is delayed?
..A.. In regard to airport trnsfers Sydney Wide Bus Hire and Driver Services will always check for delays and accomodate accordingly. with Trains and Cruise lines they have there own time tables and the customer would need to adhere to those time tables.
..Q.. Does Sydney Wide minibus service buses have wheelchair access?
..A.. Yes. Will only ask that you advise when making the booking that you require wheel chair access that will be arranged. We can, also transport collapsable wheelchairs and walking frames.

..A.. Yes we can drivers are availble for all types of vehicles Including - Other information is required to be here..
